Padded heel liners that stick inside the back of a shoe. They take up space in shoes that slip at the heel and cover a worn heel lining so it stops rubbing. The supplier lists two thicknesses, 5 mm and 10 mm, sold as sizes S and L, in black or beige, and in packs of one, three or five pairs. Peel off the backing and press into a clean, dry shoe.
