Shipping and delivery
Updated October 12, 2026. These terms apply to new purchases; existing orders retain the terms shown when purchased.
Shipping availability
Our U.S. warehouse and overseas warehouse offers have different dispatch origins and product-specific processing and transit estimates. Our overseas warehouse uses independent fulfillment partners outside the United States. The location identifies dispatch, not country of manufacture or ownership of a facility. See the separate warehouse sections in our Store terms for customs, returns, and fulfillment responsibilities.
Orders delivered to the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia ship free and are paid for at checkout. For Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, and a reviewed list of other countries, shipping is calculated case by case: request a shipping quote from your cart and we email you the cost with a secure checkout link. Checkout itself accepts only contiguous U.S. and District of Columbia delivery addresses. A supplier’s published rates alone do not establish that an item can be sent to a destination.
Free warehouse shipping and delivery
Every product sold through Salars Store checkout ships free by standard service to delivery addresses in the contiguous 48 states and Washington, DC, at any price and with no minimum purchase. Retail prices are shipping-inclusive. We do not add a shipping, handling, oversize, or remote-area charge at checkout or after payment. If a particular item cannot be delivered to an address, such as an item that cannot go to a PO box, checkout tells you before payment instead of adding a charge. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, and international destinations are outside the free-shipping area; shipping to them is quoted case by case as described below. Existing purchases keep their disclosed terms. Add available options and quantities to the cart and review the item subtotal, free shipping, and total before tax. Enter your delivery address at checkout. Stripe uses your delivery address to calculate applicable tax and show the final payment total.
Orders may ship from different fulfillment locations and arrive in separate packages, each with its own dispatch date and tracking where available. Every order delivered to the contiguous 48 states and Washington, DC includes free outbound shipping, and separate parcels do not add a customer shipping charge. For a quoted destination, the shipping cost depends on the destination, dispatch location, parcel size and weight, item value, and available insurance. Transit estimates start when the carrier receives the parcel. Exact arrival depends on the carrier, customs processing and local delivery conditions; if a parcel is late or lost, we track it and resolve it as described under Missing or delayed deliveries.
Shipping included in retail
We include a supplier shipping allowance in warehouse retail prices. The fulfillment partner selects the final service after packing. Supplier freight and mandatory handling are internal fulfillment costs; customers are not charged a separate outbound shipping or handling fee.
SalarsNet absorbs later supplier freight and handling variance for free-shipping orders. We do not add a shipping surcharge after payment, including on an order paid at a quoted shipping price.
Handling and transit depend on the selected product, warehouse, service and destination. Review each shipment’s current estimate on the product, cart and checkout pages. Overseas warehouse processing and transit may differ from US warehouse shipments. We distinguish handling from transit after dispatch and identify calendar or business days when that information is verified. Separate shipments may arrive at different times. Weekends, holidays, weather and carrier disruptions can affect estimates, so exact arrival depends on the carrier. Our shipping-delay and refund commitments still apply.
Shipping by product type
Coins, currency, precious metals, and collectibles
Service, insurance, tracking, and signature requirements depend on value and destination. Import restrictions can differ for coins, banknotes, and precious metals. We confirm eligibility before payment; no service or insurance level applies to every item.
Books and collecting supplies
Books, albums, holders, boxes, and display products may have different parcel sizes, handling times, and dispatch locations. Bulk packs and cases may ship in multiple cartons or by freight. Check package quantities and dimensions; a product price may cover a bundle rather than one piece.
Digital products
Digital editions, such as EPUB and PDF books, are delivered electronically. Nothing is mailed, there is no shipping charge, and delivery does not depend on your location. After payment is confirmed, your private order page shows the download buttons; see Digital products and delivery in our Store terms. Free-shipping and destination terms on this page apply to physical goods.
Clothing, footwear, and outdoor goods
Availability and handling depend on size, color, and model. Some goods dispatch from a separate warehouse or factory. Restricted, hazardous, oversized, or regulated items may have carrier and destination limits; eligibility is confirmed for the specific item.
Oversized and freight deliveries
Freight quotes depend on whether the address is commercial, residential, or limited-access and whether liftgate, appointment, or other services are needed. Tell us about stairs, access limits, and unloading needs before accepting the quote. Inside delivery, installation, weekend service, and guaranteed arrival are included only if expressly stated. Additional services or redelivery costs must be agreed with you; we do not add undisclosed charges. Inspect the shipment before signing, note visible damage or shortages on the delivery receipt, photograph the packaging, and contact us immediately.
Preorders, backorders, and custom products
Restock and production dates are estimates, not reserved stock or guaranteed delivery dates. We confirm a shipping timeframe before payment and whether an order will wait for all items or ship in agreed parts. We do not substitute products or charge additional split-shipment costs without your agreement. If the agreed shipping date cannot be met, you may agree to the delay or cancel unshipped goods for a prompt refund.
Delivery addresses
Checkout accepts delivery addresses in the contiguous 48 United States and District of Columbia. For Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, and other countries, request a shipping quote instead. PO boxes are accepted only when the selected item and carrier permit them. Some products require a street address and have further restrictions shown before payment.

Free shipping applies to the contiguous 48 states and Washington, DC. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses is calculated case by case. From your cart, choose Request a shipping quote and send us your name, email address, delivery address, and the items you want. We check that the items can be sent to your address, work out the shipping cost for that exact order, and email you the total with a secure checkout link. No payment is taken with the request, and you are free to decline the quote.
We also consider shipping quote requests for these countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. These are destinations we have reviewed for dependable carrier service, lawful delivery, and payment security. We may change the list at any time, and other countries are not currently served. An international quote states the shipping cost and whether import duties, taxes, or clearance charges are included. Unless the quote says they are included, they are the recipient’s responsibility and are paid to the carrier or customs authority.
A quote covers the exact items, quantities, and address in the request and is valid for the period stated in the quote email. We may decline a request when an item, supplier, carrier, legal restriction, or payment and security review does not allow the shipment, and some items cannot be sent outside the contiguous United States at all; see our shipping restrictions. An order exists only after you pay through the checkout link we send. For a purchase made on another sales channel, use the destination and import-charge terms shown with that purchase.
Tracking and support
Where available, tracking will appear on your order page and be emailed after dispatch. Use our contact form with your order number for a delay, lost parcel, or damage. If we cannot ship by the stated time, we will notify you of the delay, provide a revised shipping date when available, and offer the choice to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped goods for a prompt refund. We will seek your consent to further delays rather than keep the order open indefinitely.
Purchases through other sales channels
For listings purchased on eBay or another linked sales channel, review the destination eligibility, shipping cost, delivery estimate, and import-charge terms shown on that listing and at checkout. Those shipping arrangements apply to that purchase.
Address changes and signatures
Use the correct recipient and shipping address at checkout. If you need to change an address after ordering, contact us from the original order contact channel and include your order number. We verify the request through the original order details before agreeing to a change. Address changes are not guaranteed; a change that cannot be accommodated may require cancellation and a new checkout. Do not send card credentials or payment authentication codes.
A signature requirement applies only where stated for the particular order before payment or separately agreed with you. We do not promise signatures on every shipment.
