U.S. and international shipping restrictions

Effective October 7, 2026. These rules apply to new direct Store purchases; existing orders retain their disclosed terms and applicable legal protections.

Warehouse origin is different from delivery destination

Our U.S. warehouse describes dispatch within the United States. Our overseas warehouse describes dispatch outside the United States through independent fulfillment partners. Neither label guarantees delivery to every country or means that Ranmon Inc. owns the warehouse. The selected offer and checkout identify the available delivery arrangement.

Current U.S. delivery coverage

Direct warehouse checkout supports eligible addresses in the 50 United States and District of Columbia. This is an overall service area, not approval for every item. Alaska and Hawaii may have additional product and carrier restrictions. U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, and international destinations are not enabled in direct warehouse checkout. We do not bypass a restriction by relabeling a destination.

Books, ordinary collecting supplies, eligible coins and bullion, clothing, and permitted outdoor goods can ship only when the selected item, carrier, and address qualify. A catalog listing does not by itself establish shipping eligibility or authority to sell a regulated product.

PO boxes, freight, and forwarding addresses

PO boxes are accepted only if the selected warehouse and carrier allow them. Some collecting-supply warehouses do not ship to PO boxes; a street address is required for their orders. Oversized, high-value, heavy, and freight goods may also require a street address and an agreed receiving arrangement. Freight delivery is curbside unless additional services are expressly included. We disclose any agreed appointment, liftgate, or access conditions before payment.

Do not use a freight forwarder, reshipper, rented mailbox, or redirection service to evade an item or destination restriction. These arrangements require our written confirmation before purchase because supplier and insurance restrictions may apply. We will explain any applicable delivery conditions; this policy does not automatically eliminate your rights concerning a lost or misdelivered parcel.

Overseas customer destinations

We do not currently offer general international delivery through direct warehouse checkout. An overseas warehouse can supply an eligible U.S. customer without enabling shipment to customers overseas. We will accept a separately arranged international order only after confirming the exact item, destination, carrier, lawful import and export, insurance, customs responsibilities, total charges, and return arrangements in writing. An inquiry or an international rate shown on a supplier website is not approval.

For an eBay or other external-channel purchase, only the destinations expressly enabled for that listing and checkout are supported. A shipping option available on another channel does not enable it on this Store.

Items we do not send overseas without specific written clearance

• Gold and silver bullion, coins, banknotes, and other high-value collectibles requiring verified carrier acceptance, coverage, and destination approval.
• Ancient or archaeological coins and other cultural objects requiring provenance review or import/export documentation.
• Knives, weapons, ammunition, weapon parts, defensive sprays, body armor, night-vision or thermal equipment, and military or controlled goods.
• Lithium batteries, aerosols, flammable liquids, fuels, pressurized containers, and other hazardous materials.
• Food, perishables, plants, seeds, animal-derived goods, and other items subject to health or agricultural restrictions.
• Oversized, freight-only, unusually heavy, or supplier-restricted goods without a confirmed destination-specific service.

This is a restriction list, not a statement that we stock or are licensed to sell these categories. We do not accept a restricted order merely because a customer agrees to assume the risk. Prohibited transactions will be declined; required approvals, documentation, and lawful shipping arrangements must be established before acceptance.

Item-specific conditions and remedies

Any age, identification, state/local destination, carrier, signature, return, or other material restriction must be disclosed for the offer before payment. We do not rely solely on a buyer declaration where seller verification is required. We may decline an unsupported order. If payment has already been collected and we cannot lawfully or reliably fulfill it, we will notify you and cancel and refund the affected purchase without an undisclosed penalty.

We will not falsely describe a shipment, understate its customs value, mark a commercial sale as a gift, or divide shipments to evade applicable requirements. Customs processing does not waive our delay notices or your applicable cancellation and refund rights.
