Customer questions and additional Store terms

Customer FAQs

These terms explain how direct purchases at store.salars.net work. Please review the product details and the shipping and returns policies before placing an order.

Who you are buying from

Salars Store is operated by Ranmon Inc, 31 Bear Mountain Rd, Silver City, NM 88061, United States. For direct Store purchases, SalarsNet is the seller of record and your contact for order support, even when a fulfillment partner ships the parcel. Use our contact form with questions or your order number.

Product details and availability

Review the item description, condition, grade, quantity, and package size before ordering. Prices and stock are checked again when you check out. Adding an item to a cart or requesting confirmation does not reserve stock or take payment. If an item you paid for has sold out, we tell you promptly and refund it in full; we never substitute a different item without your agreement.

Photos may be representative when the listing says so. For certified coins, review whether the pictured coin and holder are the exact item offered. Any item-specific purchase or return terms will be disclosed before payment. Collectible and precious-metal prices can change; we do not guarantee future resale value, investment returns, or metal prices.

Prices, payment, and order confirmation

For items requiring a quote, we confirm stock, the selected product options, destination eligibility, and the final total before payment. For an available direct-checkout offer, review the total shown at checkout before authorizing payment. Item prices include outbound shipping to delivery addresses in the contiguous 48 states and Washington, DC; customer shipping there is $0. For the other destinations we serve, shipping is quoted separately and shown before payment. The final total includes applicable tax calculated at checkout. Review the currency shown with your offer.

When a direct-checkout offer is available, payment uses secure Stripe Checkout. Catalog confirmation requests do not take payment. Provide accurate contact and delivery details so we can process your order and send updates. We will contact you before any proposed change that increases an accepted order total; no increase will be charged without your agreement. If an item is unavailable, a destination is restricted, or an error prevents us from fulfilling the order as agreed, we will contact you to resolve it or cancel and refund any payment collected.

Supported destinations and fulfillment

Checkout accepts delivery addresses in the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia, with free standard shipping on every order. For Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, and the other countries listed in our shipping policy, shipping is calculated case by case. You send a shipping quote request, we confirm whether the items can be sent and email the shipping cost with a secure checkout link, and an order is formed only when you pay that quoted total. A request does not establish that we can accept or fulfill it, and we may decline one. Some products have further destination or carrier restrictions shown before payment. A fulfillment partner may dispatch your items directly, and items from different fulfillment locations may arrive separately.

For purchases completed on another sales channel, use the destination eligibility and import-charge terms shown with that purchase. These arrangements do not make other destinations available through checkout.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Contact us immediately to request cancellation or an address or item change. Processing may begin before dispatch, and a request is not guaranteed; wait for our confirmation. Custom production may further limit cancellation when disclosed before payment. Our returns policy explains the 30-calendar-day return request window after delivery, conditions for each product type, return postage, and help with damaged, incorrect, or missing items. Any narrower change-of-mind eligibility or special charges must be disclosed before payment, not introduced after a return request. If we cannot fulfill an accepted order, we will offer a revised shipping date where appropriate or cancel and issue a full refund. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method.

U.S. warehouse fulfillment

For an offer identified as shipping from our U.S. warehouse, the stated dispatch location is within the United States. This describes fulfillment location, not where the item was manufactured, and does not imply every warehouse is owned by Ranmon Inc. Review the selected offer’s handling and transit estimates before payment. Our Silver City business address is not proof that a particular item is held there.

Our overseas warehouse fulfillment

An offer identified as shipping from our overseas warehouse is fulfilled from outside the United States through an independent fulfillment partner. SalarsNet remains your seller and support contact for direct Store purchases. Overseas dispatch does not mean that international customer destinations are enabled; checkout remains limited to contiguous U.S. and District of Columbia addresses, and other destinations are quoted case by case.

Processing, export handling, customs clearance, carrier handoffs, and local delivery can make overseas orders take longer than U.S. warehouse orders. Review the selected offer’s disclosed dispatch location and handling and transit estimates before payment. Tracking may change when the local carrier receives the parcel, and scans may be intermittent during cross-border transit. Exact arrival depends on the carrier, and our shipping-delay and refund commitments always apply. We will not silently replace a promised U.S. dispatch with overseas fulfillment; a material change requires notice and your agreement or a cancellation and refund option.

Customs, duties, and the agreed total

Free shipping, or a quoted shipping price, covers outbound freight and handling; it is not a representation that customs duties or government charges never apply. Before accepting an overseas order, we must disclose whether any import duties, taxes, or clearance charges are included and identify any charges and importer responsibilities you are asked to accept. We do not assume your consent to undisclosed charges or importer responsibilities. If those arrangements cannot be confirmed, we will not ask you to complete that purchase.

If a carrier requests an unexpected import or clearance payment, contact us with the notice before paying where practical. We will review it against the disclosed order terms and resolve the issue; we will not use an undisclosed supplier charge to increase your agreed price without consent. We do not request false customs values or descriptions. Goods must be eligible for lawful import and delivery.

Overseas returns and order problems

The same 30-calendar-day return request window applies to U.S. and overseas warehouse purchases, subject to properly disclosed item-specific terms and applicable law. Contact SalarsNet for return instructions; do not mail goods to a parcel’s sender address without confirmation. If a change-of-mind return requires an overseas destination, the destination and responsibility for the potentially higher tracked return cost must be disclosed before purchase. We do not impose an undisclosed overseas return requirement after the sale. For damaged, incorrect, counterfeit, or materially misdescribed merchandise, we arrange or cover necessary authorized return shipping and handle the remedy with you. You do not need to negotiate with the fulfillment partner.

Terms shared by both warehouse locations

Free outbound shipping to the contiguous 48 states and Washington, DC, payment and security review, cancellation requests, and our consumer-rights protections apply to both locations. Items from different warehouses may require separate checkouts and arrive separately; the free outbound warehouse shipping promise still applies. Fulfillment location does not remove SalarsNet’s responsibility for the direct sale. Separate carrier, customs, or supplier procedures do not replace our obligation to address a confirmed loss or faulty goods.

Coins and precious metals

For coins, review our product condition and authenticity policy, including grading, certification, metal content, representative photographs, and lawful reproductions. Our bullion sales terms explain price locks, payment deadlines, cancellations, market-loss charges, and delivery remedies. These policies do not promise investment returns or guarantee a tax exemption.

Purchases on other sales channels

Some listings link to eBay or another sales channel to complete the purchase. For those orders, review the listing and that channel’s checkout, shipping, payment, and return terms. Use its order and support process for the purchase. These direct Store terms apply to orders placed with Salars through this website.

Privacy and customer support

Our privacy policy explains how information supplied through the Store is used. For an order question, delivery issue, or return, use our contact form and include your order number where available. You can also open or recover your order through the Store’s order-access page.

Your consumer rights

These terms and our Store policies do not limit any consumer rights that apply to your purchase. We will disclose any different item-specific terms before payment.

Payment and order review

Payments are processed through Stripe. Your payment provider may ask you to authenticate a payment. A payment authorization can reserve funds without completing a payment; returning to the Store after checkout does not by itself confirm payment or shipment. We confirm the payment status before releasing an order for fulfillment.

We may review a payment or order before fulfillment when security information is incomplete or requires attention. We may contact you through the order’s original contact details to clarify information. We will never ask you to send a full card number, card security code, banking password, or payment authentication code. If review affects the stated shipping time, we will notify you and offer the applicable delay or cancellation options.

A released authorization, an initiated refund, a successful refund, and a credit appearing at your bank are different stages. We confirm the applicable outcome. These procedures do not limit your consumer rights.

Billing questions, payment disputes, and chargebacks

Card charges from Salars Store appear on your statement as RANMON INC, the company that operates the Store. If you do not recognize a charge, check your order confirmation and ask anyone else who uses your card, then contact us with the date and amount so we can identify the purchase.

Please contact us first about a missing or late parcel, a damaged or incorrect item, a return, a refund that has not appeared, a duplicate charge, or a digital download you cannot open. We investigate, and where our policies or the law provide for it we replace the item or refund the payment. Contacting us first is usually the fastest route to a correction or refund. A payment dispute opened with your bank while we are resolving the same issue can delay it, because the bank then holds the funds until it decides. Nothing here limits your right to contact your card issuer or your rights under applicable law.

By placing an order you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method, that the billing, contact, and delivery details you supply are accurate, and that you have reviewed the product description and the order total. Store checkout asks you to accept these terms and to review our shipping and returns policies before payment.

To prevent fraud and answer disputes, we keep records of each purchase: the items and descriptions shown at purchase, the terms in effect, the order total, the contact and delivery details supplied, payment references, shipment tracking and delivery confirmation, digital access records, refunds, and our correspondence with you. If a payment is disputed, we may provide the relevant records to our payment processor and the card issuer. Delivery confirmation to the address you supplied, or a record that a digital file was made available to you, is part of that evidence. It does not by itself settle a missing-delivery claim, which we still investigate.

The same payment is not refunded twice. If a chargeback is opened for a payment we have refunded or are refunding, we tell the card issuer about the refund. If a chargeback is decided in your favor, that outcome replaces any refund from us for the same payment. We may cancel unshipped items connected to a disputed payment, end access to a disputed digital purchase, and decline future orders after a dispute we reasonably believe was fraudulent.

Digital products and delivery

Some books are sold here as digital editions in EPUB and PDF formats. A digital product is delivered electronically: nothing is mailed, and there is no shipping charge. After Stripe confirms your payment, you are returned to a private order page with download buttons for your files. If that page says payment is awaiting confirmation, keep the page and refresh it shortly.

Keep your order link, and download and save your files to your own device. To reach your downloads again, open the ebook download recovery page, enter the email address used at checkout, and we email you a private link that works for seven days. Enter your email address carefully at checkout, because access to your purchase is tied to it. You need a device and software that can open EPUB or PDF files.

A digital purchase is licensed for your personal use and may not be resold, redistributed, or posted publicly. Digital editions, such as EPUB and PDF books, are delivered electronically and cannot be sent back. They are not eligible for a change-of-mind return or refund once the download has been made available to you. If a file is faulty, will not open, differs materially from its description, was charged twice, or you cannot access it, contact us through our contact form and we will repair or replace the file or refund the purchase. Access to a refunded digital purchase ends. Digital editions bought on Amazon or another platform are delivered and refunded by that platform under its own terms. These terms do not limit consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

Special product and fulfillment conditions

Before payment, the selected offer must disclose any special pack quantity or minimum, custom-production condition, return exclusion, restocking charge, return destination, freight access requirement, or manufacturer warranty that applies. A supplier’s wholesale agreement is not automatically your agreement with SalarsNet. We remain responsible for the promises made to you and for applicable consumer remedies.

Collecting supplies and annual publications

Some supply products require complete unopened packs and original packaging for a change-of-mind return. Annual publications and personalized or custom-debossed goods may be final sale for change of mind only when clearly identified before purchase. A supplier may charge SalarsNet a restocking fee; we do not deduct that fee from your refund unless the exact customer charge and its application were disclosed before purchase. Our bullion policy does not impose a restocking or market-loss charge.

Outdoor equipment, sealed goods, and warranties

Food or perishable goods, personalized products, used fuel equipment, and certain opened hygiene or safety products may have special change-of-mind restrictions if disclosed before purchase. Electronics, optics, and similar equipment may require complete accessories and original packaging. A category mentioned here is not a promise that we offer it. A manufacturer warranty applies only where confirmed for the selected product, customer, and destination; it is not a universal lifetime guarantee and does not replace our responsibility for faulty or misdescribed goods.

Return deadlines, claims, and supplier costs

Our general return request window is 30 calendar days after delivery. A supplier’s earlier invoice-based deadline or shorter claims period does not secretly shorten that promise. Please report damage and shortages promptly and retain packaging so we can preserve evidence. We manage any supplier authorization and supplier claim ourselves. Supplier return eligibility, shipping charges, restocking costs, or a refusal to reimburse us do not remove your rights under our purchase-time terms.

Our overseas warehouse: returns and payment review

Our overseas warehouse uses different independent sellers and order-specific fulfillment arrangements. There is no blanket promise of free returns or a transferable supplier buyer-protection program. Our own disclosed returns policy applies. Some overseas orders require a separate checkout from U.S. warehouse items. A card may be authorized while availability, delivery, and final charges are checked; authorization is not completed payment. We confirm the payment outcome and do not increase the authorized order total without your agreement.
