Order changes and cancellations

Contact us immediately
Use our contact form or the cancellation request on your order page where available. Include the order number and the change you need. A request is not confirmation that the order has been stopped. Do not place a replacement order until we confirm the outcome if that could result in a duplicate purchase.
Processing can begin before dispatch
Once an order enters processing, we may be unable to change items, quantities, or the delivery address, or cancel it before shipment. We will tell you whether the request can be completed. If goods have shipped, the returns policy applies. We do not charge an undisclosed cancellation or processing fee.
Custom and made-to-order products
Personalized, specially commissioned, or made-to-order goods may have limited cancellation options after production begins. Any such restriction or charge must be disclosed before payment. A bulk quantity alone does not create an undisclosed cancellation penalty.
Backorders, partial orders, and delays
We confirm handling times and any agreed split shipments before payment. If we cannot ship by the agreed time, we will notify you, provide a revised date when available, and offer the choice to agree to the delay or cancel unshipped goods for a prompt refund. Further delays require your consent; we do not keep an order open indefinitely without it. For a partly shipped order, we will confirm which goods can still be cancelled and the refund for the unshipped portion.
Unavailable goods and refunds
If we cannot fulfill an accepted order, we will resolve it with you or cancel and refund the unfulfilled goods. We do not substitute another item or increase your agreed total without consent. Cancellation refunds go to the original payment method; your payment provider determines when the credit appears. For our error or inability to fulfill, we do not deduct a cancellation fee.
Purchases on other sales channels
For an order placed on eBay or another linked sales channel, request cancellation through that channel and review the terms shown with your order. Your applicable consumer rights remain in place.
