Anti-Money Laundering Policy

Effective October 7, 2026.

Ranmon Inc., operator of SalarsNet and the Salars Store, is committed to preventing its business from being used for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or other unlawful activity. This policy covers our purchases and sales of coins, currency, precious metals, collectibles, and other merchandise, including transactions completed through our supported sales channels.

We seek to comply with applicable United States law, including applicable provisions of the Bank Secrecy Act and USA PATRIOT Act, cash-reporting requirements, and United States sanctions restrictions. The requirements that apply depend on our products, transactions, suppliers, and business activities.

Customer and supplier information

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify a customer, supplier, payment authorization, delivery destination, ownership of merchandise, or the lawful purpose of a transaction. Higher-risk transactions may require additional documentation and review. Please do not send identity documents, full payment-card numbers, passwords, or verification codes through ordinary email; contact us for instructions if verification is requested.

Payments and refunds

Payments must use methods accepted for the relevant order or sales channel. We do not knowingly accept stolen funds, unauthorized payments, or transactions designed to conceal the parties involved. We do not assist anyone in splitting transactions or payments to evade reporting or verification requirements. Refunds normally return through the original payment method, subject to applicable law and the sales channel's procedures. We do not redirect refunds to unrelated parties.

Transaction review

Unusual transactions may be reviewed before acceptance or fulfillment. Examples include unexplained third-party payments, inconsistent identity or delivery details, requests to conceal transaction information, questionable merchandise ownership, and attempts to avoid legally required reporting. We may seek clarification, decline a transaction, or cancel and refund an order when appropriate and lawful. Review is based on relevant transaction facts and risk, not assumptions about a customer's background.

Records and reporting

We retain appropriate transaction and compliance records and protect personal information under our privacy policy and applicable law. We report qualifying cash transactions and make other legally required disclosures. We cooperate with lawful requests from authorized authorities and do not disclose confidential compliance information when disclosure is prohibited.

Oversight and review

Management is responsible for the implementation and review of this policy. Our operating procedures are intended to include risk assessment, a designated compliance officer, training appropriate to personnel responsibilities, and independent testing proportionate to the business's risks and applicable obligations.
