1940-S Walking Liberty Half Dollar, 50-cent denomination, struck at the San Francisco Mint. This is one raw, ungraded circulated coin; the S mint mark is visible on the reverse. Walking Liberty half dollars of this issue are 90% silver and 10% copper.

The actual coin pictured is included. It shows moderate circulation wear with softened high-point detail, surface marks, hairlines/scratches, rim wear and localized darker toning/discoloration near the lower-right obverse.
