The obverse features Benjamin Franklin with the 1960 date; the reverse shows the Liberty Bell and small eagle. The date, mint mark and principal lettering remain readable. Visible condition includes wear on the portrait and bell, numerous small contact marks and scratches, minor rim marks, and uneven gray and tan toning. Cleaning history is unknown.
